Gloucester House Gloucester House

Part of a 2.3 acre redevelopment called Bart’s Square, Gloucester House is set to be replaced by a modern building by a joint venture lead by Helical Bar Plc and The Baupost Group of Boston. The current building was purpose built for St Bartholomew’s Hospital and has become surplus. Work is set to begin on the redevelopment in 2014. The planning application was approved in Feb 2012.
