As part of a discussion on a proposed levy on new developments, Southwark Council decided to call for the extension of the Bakerloo line to serve Camberwell and Pekham.

The CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) allows councils to raise funds from new development to support infrastructure and transport projects. More on the CIL here.
