Discussions on a planning application for the redevelopment of Willesden Green Library Centre were put on hold, according to a notice on the Borough of Brent’s web site. (Brent launched a new web site and didn’t do redirects on its old pages. Updated information here.)
The planning application details that the site will become a community centre and housing.
Residents have been posting comments to the plan on the Brent site. When I last checked there were 430 comments, some accusing the council of selling out to the developer of the 95 flats.
Update: More about Brent’s plan for the site.
