Charles Omishore has been slapped with an anti-social behaviour order banning him from every public toilet in Central London, according to a City of Westminster press release.

Omishore has a decade-long history of preying on the gay community in Soho by pick-pocketing victims while engaging in sexual activity. “Omishore routinely targeted men in Soho bars, public toilets and the rose garden in Hyde Park,” according to the release.

The public toilet ASBO is thought to be the first of its kind.

“We are grateful to the people and business of Soho who have helped secure the criminal convictions and ASBO that bans this evil criminal from our community,” Chief Inspector Kevin Hobson said.

Posters of Omishore will be distributed and the public is asked to alert authorities if they spot him in the exclusion zone.
